The Torture of Larry Moulton: New Port Richie, Florida
On December 12, 2014, CBS News reported in an article1 titled, Florida bailiff fired after leaving inmate locked in courthouse, that details how inmate Larry Moulton, 58, was left overnight by accident in a courthouse holding cell. The heat was turned off for the night and Moulton had no protection from the cold and his body temperature was forcibly reduced until he was hypothermic. The physical pain from shivering and body jerks from the frigid cold for 18 hours was horrific.
Thankfully he seems to have a lawyer on his side, so he may get some justice.
